About Us
 May we introduce
ourselves - we are Bob and Judy Irwin, a couple of retirees from the
Midwest who love the mountains of Western North Carolina. We enjoy telling
others about the beauty of this part of the country and invite them to
come and share it with us.
Our children and grandchildren love to come and visit grandpa and grandma
and enjoy the near perfect weather and breathtaking landscape. The
multiple recreation opportunities are an attraction also.
Meeting new people and helping each of them put together a relaxing and
fun filled vacation are just a couple of the joys of providing
personalized property management to vacationers and home owners alike. We
hope to provide guidance, support and accommodations to you and yours as
